The doctor is welcoming and does solid work. However, be aware of what they are billing you for if you plan to use insurance.

It took me multiple days and several calls to figure out that they were billing me for an amount the office was supposed to be writing off. Here’s what that means: insurance pays the office a fixed, pre-negotiated rate for each procedure. It is the office’s responsibility to verify this amount and ensure it is accounted for before the patient’s procedure. Any difference between the billed rate and the insurance rate is considered a write-off — the office absorbs it, not the patient.

To my surprise, the office was billing me for this write-off amount. They kept saying, “There was an error during the insurance verification of benefits, and it turns out you owe more.” After calling my insurance company directly, it became clear that the office was attempting to recoup money they were contractually obligated to write off. This is a serious ethical violation, and the doctor could risk his license over it.

When I brought this to their attention, they immediately issued a refund — which suggests to me they were already aware of what was happening.

I wasn't able to see Dr. Field. However, I have to leave him a review. It was Christmas day and I was having a really bad emergency with my teeth. I was calling around late in the evening, I got his voicemail. He called me back within that same couple minutes of me calling him. He gave me help over the phone and said he can see me as soon as he gets back. I ended up having to go somewhere sooner that the date. I just needed to leave a review about how special it was for him to even call (on a holiday) and take time out of his day to make a game plan with me. That's a special kind of Dr. Thank you so much.
Response from the owner:Thank you, Becca. Your words truly mean a lot. Even though we didn’t get to meet in person, I’m really glad I could help during a tough moment. No one should have to face a dental emergency alone—especially on a holiday. Wishing you all the best, and if you ever need anything in the future, we’ll be here for you.

I used to have a bit of anxiety about going to the Dentist, but Dr. Field and his team have done such a great job with the experience at Sonoran Dental Arts that I now seen dental work and cleaning as a normal, painless experience.

Everything about the process here is both personal and streamlined. I really appreciate that Dr. Field and team get to know you, and are so personable and affable in every interaction. It's almost easy to forget you're in a dentist chair getting a cleaning when you're gabbing with your hygienist.

I'm most familiar with cleanings, and I can say that Dr. Field's team are the best experience I've ever had with teeth cleanings. Literally painless, and if you're a bit anxious like me I've noticed they take great care to explain every noise and every action before they undertake it which I greatly appreciate. Coming here has changed my perspective, and I now come in for cleanings much more regularly than I ever did in the past.

Pricing, scheduling and all other administrative tasks are handled professionally and with transparency. There are never any surprises. Dr. Field makes thoughtful and considered recommendations about treatment, and I've always felt that they came from a place of expertise and care. I have never been suggested any treatment I've thought would be superfluous.

The dental suite has also been recently renovated and is a very nice space with tasteful decorations and soothing music throughout. There's very thoughtful touches, like the lights above the dentist chair being dimmed so you don't get glare while you're getting your cleaning.

This is such a great dentist office that even after moving farther away, I still make the trek in because it's worth it.
Response from the owner:Thank you, Andrew—your review genuinely means a lot. I’m so glad to hear we’ve helped make dental visits feel comfortable and anxiety-free. From the small details to the overall experience, we work hard to make every visit feel personal, thoughtful, and transparent—and I’m grateful that’s been your experience with us. It’s a real honor that you continue to make the trip in, and we’ll always do our best to make it worth it. Looking forward to seeing you again soon!

Dr Field is great at his job, all the other reviews confirm that. What exceeds my expectations is the way the staff gets to know you and does the small things to make you feel comfortable. When I was a kid I had a very traumatic facial injury. The left side of my face had to be reconstructed with metal plates, my upper teeth are held in place on a chain. I don't have a fear of going to the dentist but in the past have avoided it as long as possible. My dentist when I was a kid would get angry and yell at me when I was in pain. I've never forgot that and would put off getting my teeth cleaned, or a cavity filled. With Dr. Field, that has changed. Today, when they were filling a cavity and doing the grinding for a crown, I was so comfortable I kept falling asleep during the procedure. They are also very patient with me, knowing I have a low threshold for pain.
Response from the owner:Thank you so much, Josh, for sharing your story and for such a thoughtful review. It truly means a lot to me and the entire team. I’m so sorry you had to go through such a difficult experience as a kid, and I’m incredibly grateful that you’ve allowed us to earn your trust and make dental care feel safe and comfortable again. Knowing you felt relaxed enough to fall asleep during treatment is the highest compliment we could receive! We’ll always take the time to be patient and attentive—because you deserve nothing less. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.

Life in North Central Phoenix is full. Work commutes. Weekend hikes. Quick dinners with friends. When you’re balancing all that, your smile should be the last thing holding you back. That’s where dental implants come in. They restore confidence. They keep life moving—whether you’re near Squaw Peak, Dreamy Draw, or grabbing coffee by Luci’s at the Orchard.

In the Squaw Peak Foothills and Dreamy Draw Homes, mornings often start outdoors. The trails are busy, the sun comes up fast, and neighbors are out early. Missing teeth or a loose denture can make those moments feel smaller than they should. Dental implants bring stability back. You laugh without worry. You share a trail snack or coffee and feel like yourself again.

The Biltmore neighborhoods have their own rhythm. Biltmore Highlands, Arizona Biltmore Estates, Biltmore Greens, Biltmore Vista—here life is busy and polished. Business lunches at the Biltmore, family nights out, evenings with friends. Implants fit naturally into this lifestyle because they look and function like real teeth. You don’t think about them. You just live.

Closer to Granada Park or Madison Meadows, afternoons mean school pickups, sports practices, and grocery stops. Families move quickly. Nobody wants dental care that slows everything down. With implants, you can eat the meals you want, smile without hesitation, and get back to what matters. No adhesives. No slipping. Just strong, reliable teeth.

Evenings near Lincoln Vista, Tonka Vista, and Rolling Hills Estates are for winding down. Neighbors chat. Kids ride bikes. Dinner happens at home or a favorite local spot. For many, enjoying those meals fully wasn’t always possible. Implants change that. Steak, crunchy veggies, fresh bread—they’re all back on the table. Life tastes better again.

Weekends at The Pointe Resort or gatherings near Canterra at Squaw Peak Condominiums bring people together. It’s laughter in photos. It’s toasts at celebrations. It’s casual moments that deserve a confident smile. Implants give you that. They don’t come out. They don’t shift. They’re built to last.

This community is close-knit. From East Orangewood to Navea Ventura, from Torre Blanca to Patio Del Sol, people share recommendations. A dental office earns trust when care feels personal. Dental implants are more than a procedure—they’re a step toward comfort, security, and enjoying life in the neighborhoods you love.

Living near Piestewa Peak or the Glendale and 16th Street corridor means convenience matters. You want treatment that’s close to home, not across town. Implants make long-term dental health simple. They protect your jaw, preserve your smile, and free you from constant repairs.

If you’re in Squaw Peak, Dreamy Draw, the Biltmore communities, or any of the neighborhoods nearby, know that implants are an option designed for real life here. Strong. Natural. Lasting. A solution that fits where you live, eat, play, and connect. That’s how dental implants help you keep pace with Phoenix—and enjoy every part of it.
